華星東方承建的吉林省舒蘭市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2023年07月02日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。

The flue gas purification system of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Shulan City, Jilin Province, undertaken by our company, passed the 72+24 hour trial operation on July 2, 2023.

該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾400噸，焚燒線采用1x400t/d機(jī)械爐排爐。煙氣凈化采用“爐內(nèi)SNCR脫硝＋半干法脫酸＋干法噴射＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵器+飛灰輸送、存儲(chǔ)及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。

The design scale of the project is to incinerate 400 tons of domestic waste per day, where the incineration line deploys 1x400t/d mechanical grate furnace. The flue gas purification system deploys the flue gas purification process of "in-furnace SNCR denitrification + semi-dry deacidification + dry injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process", this whole above system processing equipment is supplied by us for this project.
